Wild Ones is a rockabilly band from Tallinn, Estonia. When "The Wild Cats" broke up Roman (up-right bass player in "The Wild Cats") decided to gather a new rockabilly band in place of his previous band. The search begans in winter 2002. In February he met Pavel (vocal, ac.guitar) and then he get aquainted with Viktor (el. guitar). On the drums now is playing the girl Alexandra. She's one of two girl-drum-players in Estonia. All members of "Wild Ones" are from different estonian cities. For example, Pavel lived in Sillamae, Viktor is from Viljandi, Roman is from Tallinn. That company deicided to call themselves "Wild Ones". This name came from the 50s movie "The Wild One" starring Marlon Brando (here you can see photo of him in this movie).

Vocalist and guitarist Pavel Ponomarjov is also a professional musician and even an actor. He was starring in one swedish-russian movie which is called "Lilja 4-ever". One photo from this really wonderful film you can see there. Pavel was born in St. Petersburg. The year after he moved with his family to Estonia. Since 1998 he's studied pop and jazz at Georg Ots Music School in Tallinn. He's been involved in the musicals "Les Misérables" and "Miss Saigon".
